Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bozumbayev Kanat, Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Korea Arystanov Nurgali, Caspian Group Chairman Yuriy Tskhay and a Kazakh government delegation visited the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea and held a meeting with Assembly Member Maeng Seong Gyu.

During the meeting, the participants exchanged views on a wide range of bilateral cooperation opportunities, particularly focusing on the “Alatau City Project” currently being promoted by the Kazakh government. They discussed potential partnerships in urban development, high-tech industries, and smart infrastructure, highlighting the vision of Alatau City as a future-oriented smart city integrating advanced industry, finance, tourism, and education.

The meeting served as an important opportunity to strengthen cooperation between Korea and Kazakhstan and to explore new avenues for shared growth and innovation in the years ahead.
