My professional journey with Caspian Group began in 2009, starting with day-to-day operations and gradually expanding into leadership roles. I’ve been continuously inspired by Chairman Yuriy Tskhay, the founder of Caspian Group, whose early belief in my potential shaped the path I follow today. As an ethnic Korean raised in Kazakhstan, a golf enthusiast, and a mother of twins, I bring both authenticity and resilience to my mission of strengthening ties between South Korea and Kazakhstan.
My long-term vision is to become the first ethnic Korean to contribute meaningfully across Korea’s business, political, cultural, and public sectors - a goal I am actively pursuing through the development of Alatau City.

Yuriy Tskhay is a prominent public, political, and sports figure in Kazakhstan, as well as a leading entrepreneur, real estate developer, and philanthropist. He has played a pivotal role in the founding and expansion of several successful enterprises, making a substantial contribution to the national economy. One of his flagship initiatives is the large-scale development of Alatau City - an ambitious smart city project featuring advanced infrastructure and innovative urban planning. Envisioned as a major hub for Kazakhstan’s economic and technological growth, Alatau City is also designed to address key challenges of urbanization in the region.
