Caspian Group Chairman Yuriy Tskhay, a second-generation ethnic Korean, is spearheading the Alatau City project - an ambitious 880 km²smart city development near Almaty aimed at transforming Kazakhstan’s oil-dependent economy into a hub for high-tech industries. Deeply committed to strengthening ties between Kazakhstan and Korea, Chairman Tskhay is actively promoting Korean smart city technologies as a foundation for the project. To encourage Korean corporate participation, Caspian Korea - the Group’s local affiliate - will host the Alatau Rise 2025 roadshow in Seoul this October, positioning the project as a strategic bridge between the two nations’ futures.
