Alatau City will create unique conditions for international companies through the introduction of a common law system and special incentive regimes, said Wong Heang Fine, Chairman of Asia Infrastructure Solutions Singapore and member of the Alatau City Development Council.

According to him, the city will offer foreign businesses a new operating model with flexible access to talent and capital. A key role will be played by the Gate District financial cluster, integrated with the Astana International Financial Centre.

Alatau City is also positioned as a platform for Smart City solutions, low-altitude economy projects, and digital assets under a special regulatory framework. Its strategic location between China and Europe is expected to strengthen Kazakhstan’s role in international trade and logistics.
