Kazakhstan has officially launched its international roadshow for Alatau City — an ambitious national smart city project envisioned as “Central Asia’s Singapore” under the direction of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The event, “Alatau Rise with Kazakhstan,” held in Seoul on October 15–16, gathered over 400 Korean officials and business leaders to discuss cooperation in future mobility, hydrogen energy, and the circular economy.

During the roadshow, several key MOUs were signed, including those between Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Transport and KAC, the Ministry of Energy and GGGI, and the Almaty Region and RETD to promote joint development initiatives.
