Chairman Tskhay also shared his vision for a cultural memorial park within Alatau City to commemorate the history and resilience of relocated ethnic Koreans - a deeply personal project rooted in his family’s legacy.

The development of Alatau City — a large-scale, high-techurban hub near Almaty — aims to transition Kazakhstan’s economy away from itsreliance on oil and gas and toward next-generation industries such as urban airmobility and autonomous logistics. The project actively seeks participationfrom Korean companies, positioning it as a strategic opportunity for bothKazakhstan and Korea.
